Continuing the Campaign to Create More Opportunities for Out of School Youth

In the past year we have been developing a series of policy forums and the large youth rally to build more awareness and support for the development of more opportunites for out of school youth. The next steps of this campaign will be to broaden support from elected official, community groups, clergy, civic groups and youth to develop a system of comprehensive programs utilizing the best program practices for out of school youth that pay at least $10,000 per youth.
